OPENING KEYNOTE
8:00 – 9:00
Dr. William Guillory: The FuturePerfect Organization--A Creative-Adaptive Approach to Change. The greatest challenge we face today is adaptation to rapid, accelerated, and unpredictable change--both at work and in our personal lives. This presentation will focus on a radically new approach involving a transformation in our thinking from change being something that "happens" to us to change as a "desired future" we create. A simple three-step process will be presented that you can immediately begin implementing, both at work and in your personal life.
Based on the book "The FuturePerfect Organization--Driven by Quantum Leadership" by Bill Guillory, Chris Harding, and Daniel Guillory
Dr. William A. Guillory is a respected scientist, as well as an authority on diversity, empowerment, leadership, creativity and innovation, and quantum-thinking. His most recent cutting-edge program explores the subject of "work-life quality" from a powerful new perspective. He is widely requested for keynote speeches, conferences, and workshops both in the U.S. and internationally. In connection with his work at the Center for Creativity and Inquiry, and as President and CEO of Innovations International, Dr. Guillory has presented over 4,000 seminars throughout corporate America, Great Britain, Europe, Mexico, and Canada.
