Internet Marketing in ICU
Sometimes when I go to seminars, teleseminars or even reading a book, I can't help but think that some people jumping into internet marketing are in serious danger. Not only because they think it is a simple do-it-yourself market but also because so many people see the potential of this market, and go out and speak like experts, when they are not really, and they just mislead people. I don't mean everybody, I'm a huge fan of internet experts like Perry Marshall, Alex Mandossian, Joel Comm, Paul Coligan and many more. I'm the first in line when they have a new teleseminar, I buy their books, listen to their cds take their courses. It is great stuff. But there are some that i just think: How can they be doing this?! They put together a bunch of tools available online, say they make a fortune with those tools, say everything is very easy and simple stuff to do, and you'll become a millionaire even if you hire your dog to do the technical work. You dig a little bit deeper and... it is not exactly that. What is sad is that people get excited, spend their money and see nothing in return. Mostly because they just put isolated things around without a plan. They were lead to believe that everything will work. I haven't seen many businesses succeed without some planning and strategies before jumping into a market. Online is not different. You need to check which options would apply for your industry, which of them you'd be willing to put the necessary effort to make it work, and how each tool would connect to the rest to make the plan work. Do one project at a time and understand that online marketing is an ongoing process not a single event. The first step is to know where you are standing and get familiar with the possibilities available today according to your budget. Believe me, there are dozens of new ways to improve the results you get in marketing your product or service. Most people are still not familiar with them. We launched a new service called BuzzClinic. We'll sit down with you and do a marketing check up and will show you the online tools available that would apply to your case. We'd also help you create a strategy to market yourself and your business. Almost for nothing. Why? Because we don't like to see businesses in the ICU, lost in the woods of the online world. Visit BuzzClinic to learn more.

Summer and Adsense
Last year summer got us by surprise. The weather got warmer and business went cold. We really didn't enjoy this experience, so we decided that the next summer would be a time to enjoy and not worry. We knew normal business from meetings would get slower, so we decided that our online business would have to provide us with the necessary income. Since then, we have implemented a number of tools to generate multiple and passive ways of revenue. The first one we did was Adsense. 3 lines of text that show in our pages and when they get clicked on we get a few cents. At the begining we laughed at the results and thought this would never take us anywhere, but since 3 months ago, we've been paying our house only with this revenue. It is a very simple concept and easy to implement on your website, but there are some tricks that make all the difference. Today, we use Adsense in 3 of our sites. I recomend you first read a book about it. We started with Joel Comm's Adsense Secrets. He is the "Guru" of adsense. The book will tell you everything you need to know about Adsense. To Learn More About Joel's Book: It is just one of the best selling books online and will help you make a lot of money with Adsense Also, to Start with Google AdSense Now go to our Gotta Do It page and click on the AdSense image link.

A day like today
In a day like today, when you wake up, watch the news, and realize that the world could have stopped again, do you think: Am I more prepared now than five years ago? Would my business survive? Would I go again through all the challenges? Well, I thought a lot about it this morning. I've changed a lot my perception on how to do business in the last five years. I no longer put all the eggs in one basket. I've been developing several passive income streams online. Ways that if I have to stop for any reason, the money will keep on coming. It may come in smaller amounts, but keeps coming. It is not a solution, but helps. This is one of the things I find so amazing on the internet: the possibility of passive income, the broad reach for markets, multiple streams of revenue without you having to loose focus on your core business. It can actually enhance your business. It is just a matter of learning how to do it.
