In 1999 it was purchased from O'Brien Real Estate School, one of the oldest real estate schools in Utah. The Preferred Real Estate School offers you the education you need to be the best Real Estate Agent you can be.  After you complete your schooling with them, you then take your Real Estate Exam required by the Division of Real Estate. They prepare you for your exam with their Utah Law and National ASI exams.  They also offer 100% job placement when you are licensed.
